Terms of Service

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Club provides the User with access to a free online system to view the schedule and independently book tables for playing table tennis at DoubleBat.

1.2. The system is provided on an "as is" basis. We are constantly working to improve it, but we do not guarantee continuous operation in the event of technical failures on the part of communication or hosting providers.

2. Registration and Account Usage

2.1. To make a booking, the User must provide a valid phone number.

2.2. The phone number is used as your identifier in the system and the main communication channel for service notifications (confirmation, modification, or cancellation of a booking).

2.3. In accordance with our Privacy Policy, we undertake not to use your phone number to send spam, advertising, or marketing offers.

2.4. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the provided phone number. In case of incorrect data, the Club does not guarantee the retention of the booking.

3. Booking and Cancellation Rules

3.1. A table booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a system notification (via SMS or messenger).

3.2. The User agrees to arrive by the start time of the booking. In case of a delay of more than 15 minutes without prior notice, the Club reserves the right to cancel the booking and give the table to other guests.

3.3. If your plans change, you must cancel the booking at least 1 hour before it starts, using the website or by contacting the Club administrator.

3.4. In case of systematic violations of the cancellation rules, the Club reserves the right to temporarily or permanently restrict the User's access to the booking system.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

4.1. The User has the right to:

• Use the system to book available time.
• Cancel their booking at any time in accordance with clause 3.3.
• Request the deletion of their data from the system in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

4.2. The User agrees to:

• Comply with the rules of visiting the DoubleBat club.
• Not use the booking system for fake bookings, hacking attempts, or disrupting the normal operation of the website.

4.3. The Club has the right to:

• Make changes to the schedule and table availability for technical or organizational reasons, timely notifying affected Users.
• Suspend the operation of the system for technical maintenance.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. The Club is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or inability to use the booking system (including internet outages or errors on the User's device).

6. Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law

6.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations between the User and the Club.

6.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, it shall be subject to consideration in accordance with the current legislation of Georgia.

7. Changes to the Terms

7.1. The Club reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the system after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
